How do I know if my lost item is found?

If you have lost something and we find it, you will be contacted. Both via email and SMS.

How should I describe my item?

Make sure to describe your lost item in detail.

Example:

  • iPhone + model + cover colour, etc.
  • T-shirt + size + print/logos, etc.

How do I use the "Last known location?"-field?

You can help our staff match your request with found items by writing the last known location of your item. Either mention the stage, area or bar.
